Reporting a problem
If a tool isn't working, it helps to include:
- the tool you were using (for example the story viewer);
- the username or link you entered;
- your device and browser (for example iPhone, Safari);
- the error message you saw, if any.

Tikvue doesn't host TikTok content, but if you own content and want it handled, please follow the steps on our DMCA page so we have the information we need.

We can't help with TikTok account issues such as bans, passwords or verification. For those, contact TikTok support directly through the app (Settings and privacy, then Report a problem).
